Off-campus access to subscription databases requires authentication through a proxy. Simply copying the URL from the address bar may not work for your students. You will need to use a proxied persistent link that will ask students to log in if they're off-campus. To generate persistent links to articles, eBooks, and streaming videos, use our Persistent Link Builder.
When you access library database content from off-campus, you'll be prompted to sign in using your BenU network credentials (the same username and password that you use to access MyBenU). You have to change your BenU network credentials every 90 days, so your password is probably different from your Engage password. To reset your BenU network credentials, use the password reset links on the University's Account Login page.
Find library quick links in the Library Resources box found in the right column of every Engage course homepage.
