This is a place where you, as a member of the Benedictine Community, can add your life experiences to the historical record. Your submissions will be added to the Benedictine University Archives and made available for future generations. Answer our current prompt in the #ForTheRecord box to the left, or head to the submissions page to share your experiences on a variety of topics!
The Benedictine University Archives collects and preserves materials which record and exhibit the history and life of the university. As members of the university community, your experiences, both on and off-campus, before and after your participation in our community, are vital pieces of Benedictine's story. The Archives is launching this online portal to collect and document the variety of ways in which the campus community is experiencing and responding to the current historical moment. We invite you, as Benedictine University students, faculty, staff, alumni, and clergy, to submit pictures, artworks, voice recordings, short movies, text, or other means of expression that document how you have been affected by current events and how you are responding to them.
